Frisbie Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NH is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool. The Float RN will provide high-quality care across Med/Surg, ICU, ED, Rehab, and Senior Mental Health units, delivering safe, compassionate nursing under hospital standards.

Responsibilities include assessment, care planning, coordination with the care team, medication administration, patient education, and discharge planning, all while maintaining documentation and HIPAA compliance in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in New Hampshire or a compact state.
• Active BCLS
• Active ACLS
• Knowledge of CDC, CMS guidelines and HIPAA compliance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assess in-patients and collect bio-psycho-social history.
• Develop and update individualized nursing care plans.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care and discharge planning.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses; adjust as directed by physicians.
• Educate patients and families; provide supportive care and counseling.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety at all times.
• Participate in department meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
