Job summary

Frisbie Memorial Hospital in New Hampshire is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Float Pool to cover Med/Surg, ICU, ED, Rehab, and Senior Mental Health units.

The Float RN will adhere to Standards of Patient Care, coordinate care with LPNs and CNAs, and ensure documentation and patient safety while rotating across units.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in New Hampshire or a compact state.
• Active BCLS and ACLS.
• Knowledge of CDC, CMS guidelines and HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and quality patient care across multiple units as a Float RN.
• Collaborate with LPNs, CNAs, Unit Aides and Unit Coordinators.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
• Provide patient and family education and support.
• Demonstrate commitment to infection prevention and continuous professional development.
