The Float RN will assess, plan, and implement nursing care, administer medications, and document thoroughly while ensuring patient confidentiality and seamless transitions across units.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Hampshire or a compact state.
• Active BCLS certification required.
• Active ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to Standards of Patient Care and delivers safe, quality nursing care.
• Assess patient needs, develop and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and monitor for effects and adverse events.
• Document accurately in the medical record and ensure effective communication.
• Maintain a safe environment and uphold HIPAA guidelines.

Education
