Job summary

Mercy St Louis Float Pool is seeking registered nurses to join a dynamic, growth-focused team. You will float to multiple units including Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, and more, gaining broad clinical experience while delivering compassionate patient care.

We offer shift differential, merit-based increases, tuition reimbursement, benefits from Day One, and ASN to BSN assistance. A Missouri RN license is required, with BLS and ACLS certifications, and at least 1 year of acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (6 months must be within the past year).
• Nursing degree from an accredited program (BSN preferred).
• Current RN license in Missouri.
• BLS (American Heart Association).
• ACLS (American Heart Association).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Coordinate patient care with other hospital departments and teams.
