Mercy is seeking dedicated RN nurses to join the St. Louis Float Pool. You will gain broad clinical exposure by floating across Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, CVICU, Oncology, Neurology, Orthopedics, and more, while building assessment and communication skills.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (6 months must be within the past year).
• Nursing degree from an accredited program; BSN preferred.
• Current Missouri RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care across multiple units in Mercy hospitals.
• Collaborate with care teams to coordinate pathways and ensure safety.
• Uphold patient rights, confidentiality, and Mercy Service Standards.
