Job summary

Mercy St Louis Float Pool is hiring registered nurses for full-time and part-time shifts with day, evening, and night options. You’ll gain broad clinical exposure across Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU, CVICU, Oncology, Neurology, Orthopedics, and more.

Mercy offers tuition reimbursement, health benefits from Day One, and growth opportunities. Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, have at least 1 year of acute care experience, and possess BLS/ACL certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (6 months must be within the past year).
• Education: Nursing degree from an accredited program (BSN preferred).
• Licensure: Current RN license in Missouri.
• Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association); ACL (American Heart Association).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model and nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments and maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
• Support growth and learning through flexible scheduling and cross-unit experience.
