Job summary

Mercy is seeking registered nurses for the St. Louis Float Pool. You will work across Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, and other units, gaining broad clinical experience while maintaining patient‑centered care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across multiple units as part of the float pool.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments and ensure patient rights and confidentiality.
• Support learning and growth through flexible scheduling and cross‑unit exposure.
