Job summary

Mercy Float Pool is hiring registered nurses for full-time and part-time shifts across multiple units. You will float to Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, CVICU, Oncology, Neurology and more, gaining broad clinical experience and enhancing assessment and communication skills.

We offer shift differential, merit increases, tuition reimbursement up to $2,000/year, comprehensive health/dental/vision coverage from Day One, Dependent Care FSA, paid parental leave, 401(k) with match, PTO, and ASN to BSN

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience, with 6 months within the past year.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program (BSN preferred).
• Current RN license in Missouri.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across medical-surgical units as assigned.
• Assess and communicate patient status to teams.
• Uphold patient rights and privacy.
• Participate in shift handoffs and care planning.
