Job summary

Logan Health Medical Center in Kalispell, MT, is seeking experienced nurses to join our Women's and Children's Float Pool. In this role, you'll provide care across OB, NICU, Pediatric, and PICU units, delivering patient-centered care in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting.

This position offers enhanced pay, cross-unit exposure, ongoing education, and a collaborative team environment dedicated to excellence in patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Montana RN license current or multi-state compact with MT authorization.
• Cross-train and maintain competence to work in three of four Women's & Children's units.
• Minimum of five years nursing experience in OB, Peds, PICU and/or NICU.
• BSN degree preferred; national OB/NICU or Peds/PICU certification preferred.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP, and EFM must be obtained within six months of hire.
• STABLE and APHON must be obtained within twelve months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care across OB, Peds, NICU, and PICU units, ensuring patient safety and best practices.
• Respond swiftly to critical situations and operate advanced medical equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to implement effective treatment plans.
• Uphold patient privacy, confidentiality, and high-quality care.
• Perform comprehensive admissions assessments and ongoing patient re-evaluations.
