Seacrest Behavioral Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join its Children's Float Pool. You will provide compassionate pediatric nursing care, perform assessments, and adapt to changing clinical needs across units while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Key duties include developing care plans, administering medications, documenting accurately, educating families, and ensuring continuity of care during staffing changes.

Competenze

• Current state RN licensure in good standing.
• BLS certification required.
• PALS certification preferred.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and accurate documentation.
• Effective communication and teamwork in fast-changing environments.
