Logan Health is seeking an experienced RN to join the Med/Surg Float Pool on a PRN basis in Kalispell, MT. You will provide high-quality nursing care across Med/Surg and other inpatient units, with assignments based on skills, experience, and certifications.

The role offers 18% premium pay above base wage, shift differentials, and benefits such as a 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, and EAP. BSN preferred and Montana license required; ACLS/TNCC/PALS may be required within 12 months.

Qualifikationen

• Current Montana RN license or multi-state compact with MT authorization.
• Must be adaptable to various inpatient settings and cross-train across units.
• CPR/BLS required; ACLS/TNCC/PALS may be required within 12 months of hire.

Aufgaben

• Provide nursing care across Med/Surg and float pool units.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and administer medications and IV therapy.
• Document findings accurately and communicate changes using SBAR.
• Maintain competencies and regulatory documentation as required.
