Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent acute RN experience in a related specialty.
• Current RN license.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Educates patients and families on illness management and home care needs.
• Floats to multiple inpatient units as needed with safe, patient-centered care.
• Develops and revises care plans with the health care team.
• Monitors patient responses and adjusts plans throughout the stay.
• Participates in safety, quality and regulatory activities.
