Job summary

The Float Pool Registered Nurse I at Pipeline Health is a full-time night-shift role located on-site in the hospital. The RN must be flexible to float among Medical/Surgical, Telemetry and Behavioral Health units, work 12-hour shifts, and accept weekend availability.

Base pay ranges from $44.28 to $65.10 per hour with overtime; sign-on bonus $10,000 for full-time. The RN provides patient-centered care, adheres to AIDET, HIPAA, and Nursing process, and collaborates with the care team.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in Float Pool.
• RN license and BLS certification required.
• BSN or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Float Pool RN I floats to Medical/Surgical, Telemetry and Behavioral Health units as needed.
• Administers medications and procedures per physician orders.
• Documents assessments, care plans, and treatments in the EMR.
• Assesses patient needs and coordinates with interdisciplinary team.
