Job summary

South County Health in Wakefield, RI seeks a Float Pool RN to coordinate total nursing care across units, deliver nursing care through the Nursing Process and participate in patient and family teaching with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• BLS from American Heart Association required at minimum.
• One year of acute care nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate total nursing care for patients across units.
• Participate in patient and family teaching.
• Provide leadership by collaborating with the multidisciplinary team.
• Deliver care using the Nursing Process: Assessment, Planning, Intervention, Evaluation.
