Job summary

Foundation Medical Partners, affiliated with Southern New Hampshire Medical Center, is seeking a Registered Nurse for its float pool. You will provide professional nursing care across multiple sites and days, with telehealth and in-person duties as needed.

Successful candidates hold a NH license (or compact), are BLS/CPR certified, and have 1 year of experience. BSN preferred; RN-BC or CCTM certifications are a plus. Competitive pay with enhanced float pool differential is offered.

Qualifications

• Associate’s in Nursing required.
• BSN preferred.
• Current nursing license in NH or compact states (NH/NLC/MA) required.
• Current BLS/CPR training.
• 1 year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care on an interim basis across multiple practice sites.
• Carry out the nursing process and triage calls via telehealth as needed.
• Administer medications, vaccines, and perform point‑of‑care testing.
• Educate patients on self-management and care plans.
• Document care and nursing processes accurately in the medical record.
