Mercy St Louis Float Pool seeks nurses for a dynamic float pool, with both full-time and part-time shifts available across Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, CVICU, and more. This role offers broad clinical exposure and opportunities to grow your clinical skills while supporting patient care across departments.

You will perform nursing duties using the nursing process, coordinate with multiple teams, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Acute care RN experience with at least 1 year, and at least 6 months in the past year.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program; BSN preferred.
• Current Missouri RN license; BLS and ACLS certifications are required or preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient care across multiple units using the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with other hospital departments.
• Maintain patients' rights and confidentiality of patient information.
• Contribute to Mercy Service Standards and mission in daily practice.
