Mercy St Louis Float Pool is seeking registered nurses for full-time and part-time shifts across days, midshifts, and nights. The program offers 16 hours per week minimum up to full-time, with opportunities to float to units like Med/Surg, ICU, CVICU and more.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (6 months must be within the past year).
• Education: Nursing degree from an accredited program (BSN preferred).
• Licensure: Current RN license in Missouri.
• Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association), ACLS (American Heart Association).

Responsabilités

• Provide patient care using the Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model and nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
• Grow with Mercy Float Pool, taking on diverse units such as Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, CVICU, Oncology and more.
