Intermountain Health seeks experienced RN professionals for the St. Vincent Regional Hospital Resource Pool in Billings, MT.

This float pool role covers days, nights, weekends, and holidays, providing varied clinical exposure and growth within a trusted community hospital setting. You will work across Medical‑Surgical and potentially other specialty areas, with a 10% float differential recognizing flexibility and clinical skill.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four years of hire.
• BSN is required as of the 4/27/2025 update.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care across inpatient units.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Float across multiple units and adapt to varying acuity levels.
• Collaborate with physicians, care managers, and teams.
• Document and monitor patient progress and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation per regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and families for recovery and safe transitions.
• Uphold professional and organizational nursing standards.
