Intermountain Health St Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, MT seeks experienced Resource Pool RNs to float across inpatient units. You’ll provide safe, high‑quality care with a 10% differential, covering days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Initial placement is Medical‑Surgical with cross‑training opportunities across specialties. Qualifications include active RN license, 1 year RN experience, BLS, and BSN within four years of hire; compact licenses must be transferred within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred within 60 days of start.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience.
• BSN required; degree from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, evidence-based nursing care across inpatient units.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Adapt quickly to different units, populations and acuity levels.
• Collaborate with physicians, care managers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor, document, and evaluate patient progress and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation per regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and families to promote recovery and safe transitions.
• Uphold professional and organizational nursing standards.
