Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, evidence-based nursing care across units.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Document assessments, interventions and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Float to multiple units as needed to meet staffing and patient needs.
