Job summary

St. Mark's Hospital in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a highly-skilled Registered Nurse for our Float Pool. You will float to units as needed, provide preventative and supportive care, and develop individualized plans of care based on assessment.

Qualifications

• Active Utah RN license or RN Compact license required.
• Associate degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Current BLS/BCLS certification required.
• Completion of accredited RN program.

Responsibilities

• Float to all units after competency completion and cover for ill calls.
• Deliver care and document assessment, interventions and responses.
• Develop individualized care plans and keep patients and families informed.
• Maintain patient safety and document safety measures in medical records.
• Collaborate with patient/family and respect cultural and age differences.
