Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred within 60 days of start.
• BSN is required for this role.
• RNs with <12 months of experience must obtain BSN within four years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor and respond promptly to changes in patient condition with advanced clinical judgment.
• Collaborate with physicians, APNs, therapists and care teams.
• Document care accurately and ensure continuity across units.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and discharge needs.
