Mercy is seeking registered nurses to join the Float Pool at Mercy St Louis. Work across multiple units with flexible day, evening and night shifts, 16 hours to full-time, and opportunities to grow in a dynamic hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (6 months must be within the past year).
• Missouri RN license required and current.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across units as part of the float pool.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain patients' rights & confidentiality and adhere to Mercy policies.
