Job summary

Mercy is seeking Float Pool Registered Nurses to join a dynamic team at Mercy St Louis. Full-time and part-time shifts are available as you provide high-quality patient care across multiple units, gaining broad clinical experience and collaborating with diverse teams.

You will work within Mercy's nursing practice model, receiving opportunities for growth, tuition reimbursement, and career advancement as you rotate through Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, CVICU, Oncology, and more.

Qualifications

• 1 year of acute care RN experience (past 12 months preferred).
• BSN degree is preferred for role.
• Current RN license in Missouri is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required or encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using nursing process and Mercy standards.
• Coordinate patient care with other hospital departments.
• Uphold patient rights and confidentiality.
• Participate in float pool coverage across units as assigned.
