Job summary

Mercy Hospital Saint Louis is seeking registered nurses to join the Float Pool on a full-time basis, with options for day or night shifts. You will work across multiple units, delivering patient care under Mercy's Nursing Professional Practice Model and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (6 months within the past year).
• Education: Nursing degree from an accredited program (BSN preferred).
• Licensure: Current Missouri RN license.
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments and maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
• Support a wide variety of units across Mercy Float Pool as needed.
