Job summary

Mercy is seeking a dedicated RN to join the St. Louis Float Pool. This role offers the opportunity to work across Med/Surg, ICU, Oncology and more, with flexible Days, Midshifts and Nights and options starting from 16 hours per week up to full-time.

You will gain broad clinical experience, refine assessment and communication skills, and contribute to patient-centered care. Mercy emphasizes growth, learning opportunities, and support for certification and advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program (BSN preferred).
• Current MO RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model and nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care across departments and units.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of information.
• Support the Float Pool by working across multiple units as needed.
