Job summary

Mercy St Louis Float Pool is seeking nurses to provide patient care across multiple units with flexible scheduling options. Full-Time and Part-Time shifts are available, including Days, Midshifts, and Nights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (past year in last 12 months).
• Nursing degree from an accredited program (BSN preferred).
• Current Missouri RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Nursing Professional Practice Model and nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments and maintain patient rights/confidentiality.
• Float to multiple units including Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU/CVICU, Oncology, Neurology, Orthopedics, etc.
• Support growth, learning, flexibility, and teamwork across the hospital.
