Job summary

Atrium Health Specialty Network, Inc. seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to support multiple Physical Therapy clinics in the Greater Charlotte area.

The float role requires evaluating patients, creating evidence-based treatment plans, and coordinating care across departments. Ideal candidates hold a degree in Physical Therapy, with a Doctor of Physical Therapy preferred, and must maintain BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate knowledge of age-specific patient care.
• Ability to interpret data and identify patient requirements.
• Knowledge of evidence-based interventions and appropriate modalities.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate patient care across the life span.
• Perform musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and/or integumentary evaluations and develop a patient care plan.
• Set functional goals with patients/caregivers and monitor outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers with diagnoses, progress, and home programs.
• Communicate with the care team to coordinate schedules and care.
