Responsibilities

• Perform musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary evaluations using appropriate methods.
• Develop patient care plans with evidence-based interventions and modalities.
• Provide patient and caregiver education; document progress and discharge instructions.
• Coordinate care with providers and other disciplines; supervise staff as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure billing/compliance per policies.
