Job summary

Atrium Health Specialty Network, Inc. is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to float across our Greater Charlotte clinics. The role emphasizes age-appropriate care, evidence-based evaluation, and collaborative care planning with patients, families, and the care team.

The incumbent will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, educate patients, and coordinate with other disciplines to optimize outcomes while adhering to HIPAA and site policies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of age-appropriate patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interpret medical data and plan care accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Perform musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary evaluations.
• Develop evidence-based patient care plans and provide interventions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on diagnosis, progress, and home programs.
• Coordinate with providers and staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Manage caseload and support coverage across departments and locations.
