Job summary

Advocate Aurora Health is hiring Physical Therapists to join our float team serving outpatient clinics within 45 miles of your home site.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires, a $5/hour float premium, comprehensive benefits, flexible hours and schedules, and a pay range of $41.10 to $61.65 per hour.

Licensure required: Wisconsin or Illinois PT license; BLS within 6 months. No prior experience required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• No experience required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers within 6 months.
• Physical Therapist license (WI or IL).
• Annual educational requirements for hospital certifications.

Responsibilities

• Interprets referrals and completes musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and/or integumentary evaluations.
• Establishes a plan of care and implements treatment based on evaluations and goals.
• Monitors outcomes and adjusts treatment plans as needed; documents progress.
• Plans for discharge including home programs and family teaching.
• Performs documentation and coding following department policy.
• Ensures patient care aligns with insurance guidelines and scheduling.
