Job summary

Advocate Aurora Health Corporate is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join a float team serving outpatient clinics within the Greater Milwaukee South Region. You’ll evaluate, plan and implement care, document progress, and support patient education.

Training, flexible hours and a comprehensive benefits plan are provided. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy, BLS certification within 6 months, and Wisconsin or Illinois PT licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 6 months.
• Wisconsin or Illinois Physical Therapist license.

Responsibilities

• Interpret referrals and complete musculoskeletal and related evaluations.
• Plan and implement individualized treatment based on goals.
• Document care, discharge planning, and home programs.
• Maintain patient care records and comply with insurance guidelines.
• Assist with coverage and participate in performance improvement activities.
