Job summary

Labcorp in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Float Phlebotomist to join our team. This full-time role provides varied experience across clinics and patient service centers, with overtime and travel to multiple sites in the metro area.

You will perform venipuncture for all ages, handle data entry, billing, and deliver excellent patient service while maintaining logs and quality standards. Work schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays; incentives and full benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
• Process billing information and collect payments when required
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs
• Provide superior customer service to all patients
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
• Travel to additional sites when needed
