Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Float Phlebotomist to support multiple sites in Bloomington, MN. You will perform venipuncture and specimen collection across age groups, enter data, and prepare specimens for testing while delivering excellent customer service.

This full-time role involves travel to additional sites, variable hours, overtime, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred or 6+ months of phlebotomy experience from an accredited program.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass color blindness test.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary collections across all age groups.

Float Phlebotomist supporting multiple Labcorp sites in Bloomington, MN, performing blood draws and specimen collection for various tests including drug screens and paternity tests.

Responsibilities:
