Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Float Phlebotomist to provide blood collection services across multiple locations, supporting diagnostic testing and specimen processing.

This full-time floating role requires travel between sites in the Bloomington, MN area and surrounding states, with incentives and benefits. You will perform venipuncture, collect various specimens, enter data accurately, and uphold excellent patient service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification or 6+ months phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Pass color blindness test.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility for overtime and travel.
