Labcorp is seeking a Float Phlebotomist to join our team in Memphis, TN. The role involves venipuncture and capillary blood collection across all ages, with travel to additional sites as needed.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and phlebotomy certification or equivalent training, plus potential 3+ months of experience. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Phlebotomy certification or training or 3+ months of phlebotomy experience are acceptable qualifications.
• Ability to travel to additional sites as needed.

Responsabilités

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
