Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Float Phlebotomist to join our team in Memphis, TN. You will perform blood collections, process specimens, and ensure accurate data entry while delivering exceptional patient service.

The role includes travel to additional sites, a Monday–Friday schedule with potential Saturday rotation, and an incentive plan plus mileage reimbursement. Benefits are provided for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program, or 3+ months of phlebotomy experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; ability to travel to additional sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Enter patient information accurately into the system.
• Process billing info and collect payments when required.
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain logs.
• Provide superior customer service to patients and staff.
• Travel to additional sites as needed.
