Job summary

Labcorp in Terre Haute, IN is seeking a Float Phlebotomist to collect blood samples across multiple sites. You will venipuncture, process specimens, and enter data accurately while delivering excellent patient service.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED; phlebotomy training or certification preferred. You must be 21+, hold a valid driver's license, and be able to travel to additional sites as needed; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or training preferred.
• Excellent customer service and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens and other tests.
• Enter patient information accurately into the data system.
• Process billing information and collect payments when necessary.
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain logs and records.
• Provide superior patient service and assist at multiple sites as needed.
