Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Float Phlebotomist Full Time to join our team in Bloomington, MN. The role involves venipuncture, specimen handling, data entry, and travel to multiple sites. Strong customer service and reliable transportation are essential.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday with potential overtime; quarterly incentive and additional hourly incentive apply. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 6 months or more experience as a phlebotomist.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
