Job summary
Thrifty White Pharmacy in Bismarck, ND is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join an employee-owned team. The role emphasizes patient care, clinical services, disease state management, and value-based care beyond dispensing.

Qualifications
- PharmD or MTM certification required.
- Active pharmacy license or ability to obtain without federal sanctions.
- Immunization and CPR certifications required.
- NPI number required.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and build patient loyalty.
- Lead the team through coaching and maintain high patient-service standards.
- Structure workflow for efficient prescription filling and patient counseling.
- Deliver clinical services including CMR, TMR, CMM, disease state management and immunizations.
- Develop LTC and specialty business through engagement with nursing homes and group living facilities.
- Identify LTC and Specialty opportunities and communicate with Marketing teams.
- Dispense medications and provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services.
