Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Float Member Support Specialist to deliver outstanding in-office patient experiences and act as the first point of contact for patient feedback. You will help manage check-in, scheduling, and follow-up, while supporting our providers and operations team across multiple locations.

In this full-time, in-person role based in Glastonbury, CT, you will also provide coverage to Fairfield County (West Hartford) sites as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in high-touch customer or patient-facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience collaborating in diverse, feedback-driven teams.
• Ability to adapt under pressure and take initiative.
• Proficiency with multiple software systems and basic tech usage.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-desk and lobby support with a welcoming, on-brand presence.
• Handle patient intake, same-day scheduling, and follow-up logistics.
• Assist with billing, insurance verification, and general office tasks.
• Support providers and office staff with ad hoc requests.
• Maintain clean, organized, and patient-friendly spaces.
