Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an empathetic dialysis support professional to join outpatient clinics. Under RN supervision, you will provide hands-on care, ensure safe dialysis delivery, and monitor patients through all treatment phases.

You will set up equipment, document vitals, and educate patients on kidney health while working closely with nurses and nutrition/d social teams. The role requires certification and a flexible schedule, with the possibility of floating between local clinics to cover

Qualifications

• Direct patient care under RN supervision in an outpatient dialysis clinic.
• Comfortable working with blood, needles, and medical equipment.
• Willing to float between local clinics as needed.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED

• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
• Willing to float between local clinics if needed
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
