Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a dialysis care professional to deliver safe, compassionate care in an outpatient dialysis setting. You will monitor patients before, during, and after treatment, set up and maintain dialysis equipment, and record vital signs and patient data under RN supervision.

You will educate patients on treatment and kidney health while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team, including nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other staff.

Qualifications

• Accredited High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment.
• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet.
• Willing to float between local clinics if needed.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience.
