Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited School of Nursing preferred.
• Must have NC RN Licensure.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; RN NC LIC.
• Minimum of two years of acute care hospital experience in the chosen clinical division.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe environment for patients and staff; supports patient safety initiatives and follows fall prevention protocols.
• Performs holistic patient assessments and communicates changes to physicians.
• Documents care and ensures delegated tasks are recorded; reports using SBAR format.
