Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred (BSN).
• Experience in acute care hospital settings.
• Ability to float to at least 2 service areas.

Responsibilities

• Documents assessment, care provided, and response to care.
• Maintain patient safety and fall prevention protocols.
• Clarify medication orders and administer with two identifiers.
• Provide patient education and discharge planning.
• Follow Rex policies and evidence-based nursing practices.
