Job summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking a TRC Coordinator to support ground handling activities at Miami. You will coordinate flight turnarounds, monitor ramp operations, and maintain accurate flight documentation to ensure safe, on-time departures.

Responsibilities include attending briefings, reporting irregularities, and ensuring loads comply with airline requirements, while adhering to MA and customer procedures. Strong communication and the ability to work flexible shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Computer proficiency and MS Office knowledge required.
• Strong communication with pilots, operations, and management.
• Ramp operation knowledge and experience.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to shifts.
• Familiarity with GHA weight & balance concepts is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate flight turnarounds and ensure on-time aircraft operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for flight files.
• Attend briefings and debriefings; report irregularities and incidents.
• Ensure loading complies with airline requirements and load sheets.
• Communicate flight status to relevant teams to meet SLA.
