Job summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking a Ramp Operations role focused on coordinating flight turnarounds and ensuring safe, on-time handling of aircraft. The position requires strong communication with pilots, airline operations, and management, plus ramp experience and adherence to safety policies.

You will participate in briefings, maintain records, and ensure compliance with all MA and airline procedures, while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment at our Charlotte facility.

Qualifications

• Computer literacy and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent communication with pilots and airline operations.
• Ramp operation knowledge required.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and flexible shifts.
• Driver’s License and security clearances may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate flight turnarounds and ensure safe, on-time aircraft handling.
• Attend flight briefings and debriefings.
• Report incidents, discrepancies and potential complaints to management.
• Ensure aircraft loading complies with airline requirements and load sheets.
• Maintain accurate flight documentation and logs.
• Monitor arrivals/departures, gate changes and service level adherence.
