Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient computer skills including MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills with pilots and airline operations.
• Ramp operation knowledge and related licenses or qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate flight turnarounds and monitor ramp operations.
• Ensure safe and on-time aircraft handling per airline requirements.
• Attend flight briefings and debriefings; report irregularities to management.
• Maintain accurate flight files and documentation; ensure load sheets match.
• Communicate status updates to operations and management to meet SLAs.
