Job summary

Akima Global Logistics (AGL) seeks a qualified candidate to support Flight Training Operations. You will handle training document management, gradebooks, and training summaries for approval by the squadron CTO or Government representative.

The role requires coordinating with HARM/SARM, updating ARMS, TIMS/GTIMS, and related systems, and maintaining student and permanent party records while ensuring syllabus compliance. On-site support for AETC squadrons across locations will be expected.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Minimum of two years experience in a DoD operational flying unit.
• Minimum two years experience with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to operate TIMS/GTIMS/PEX.
• SharePoint websites and communities of practice.
• Microsoft Access highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, review and maintain training documents and records for approval by the squadron CTO.
• Ensure students are loaded; set up student gradebooks in MS and prepare for closeout.
• Prepare AETC Form 904, Training Summary, for approval by CTO or Government rep.
• Perform regular gradebook checks for syllabus compliance per AFI guidance.
• Interface with HARM/SARM to update ARMS or future systems as needed.
• Ensure ARMS tasks are reflected in TIMS/GTIMS/TMS as needed.
• Create and update student/permanent party records and grade books.
• Coordinate with Scheduling to schedule crewmembers for training.
• Coordinate with Wing/Group Deployment Manager to meet pre-deployment training.
