Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking experienced engineers to join our Test and Evaluation team. The role involves leading cross-functional test programs for UAS and weapon systems, coordinating resources, and ensuring compliance with DoD standards from concept through production readiness.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in test engineering, DoD experience, and the ability to travel as needed. A Top Secret clearance is required to operate on sensitive programs, with a competitive benefits

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
8+ years of test engineering experience with DoD programs.
Experience with MIL-STD standards and UAS/test programs.
Ability to travel for planning and testing.
Active Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

Collaborate on integration, maintenance and testing strategies to achieve program objectives.
Coordinate all aspects of testing activities, including personnel, equipment, and facilities.
Act as a Project Engineer for UAS/missile systems, including development, certification and integration tests.
Lead test events planning and execution with cross-functional teams.
Prepare test plans, procedures, and test reports; communicate results clearly.
